What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is always on our header, all items are handmade to order and are completed in the order received.
Please note larger orders may require a little extra time beyond the standard processing window.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes we do! For wholesale inquiries or to see our full catalog please email us at hello@splootandboop.co and we will get back to you within 3 business days. You can also shop us directly on Faire.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of handmade items and having limited inventory.
If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Order Issues (ex. lost in transit, mark delivered but did not receive)
Sploot & Boop is not responsible for replacing or refunding any lost, stolen, or missing packages. We rely on USPS and UPS to deliver your package, once it leaves our shop it is then out of our control. If your package has not shown up after several days, we then suggest contacting your local Post Office for more information or filing a claim for a lost package.
If you still have not received your package within 2 weeks, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Can I combine my rewards?
Unfortunately no, it is one reward credit per order. Rewards cannot be combined with discount codes either.
